Windows blinds slaughtered my PC

    Ok so I have a MAJOR problem, I have windows blinds, and I wanted to try out a new Vista skin so when I activated the skin everything just messed up beyond all recognition, my start bar is all jet black with no start button or anything for that matter, so I cant access the start menu, I cant right click because nothing appears and the comp just stops altogether and I cant open any files or folders, because the windows wont load properly and the comp yet again stops, each time I have no choice but to reboot. Now normally this would not be a problem, I could just simply log in as a different user and uninstall that skin or uninstall windows blinds but it so happens that the account thats messed up is the only one with administrative rights so I cant even delete a single file inside My Computer. Hopefully you can help me?

    restart in safe mode. (prob pressing F8 while starting up)
    try uninstall whatever yo think is the problem,either tha vista skin or windows blinds
