    rite so yesterday im in perfect pitch lookin at deans and im sorta curious about em...can anyone tell me if there a decent make?...are they as gd as the likes of fender or gibson?

    Frankly, Fender and Gibson are just big name brands with extraodinate prices. Dean are very well made guitars.

    Karl Hungus has a Dean bass, likes it a lot. As regards being as good as... it depends on the model. A lot of Korean models save money by putting ****e electronics in their instruments, but are fundamentally sound instruments. If you buy an upper range USA made Dean I'm pretty sure you'll find little to complain about in the build quality.

    I picked up the Dean Dime-O-Flame ML last year, a really well built guitar with awesome pups......Dean are right up there with Gibson, ESP etc

    I would recommend one any time

    see im askin cause on the dean site they have a list of dimebag sig guitars but when i look for em on ebay the ones wit ml added on their name are only 3/4 size guitars :P . i wanted to get a dimo-o-flage one but on ebay the only ones are 3/4 size and i wonderin if dean make the full size ones

    Have you checked out the new dean catalog for 2006? Some very nice models add like the CFH and Dixie Rebel ML and also some smashing new finishes on the Razorbacks!

    And that acoustic V woah! :eek: man I'd love one of those

    I know man......I had the drool bucket out to when I was checking em out! I got my Dime tribute ML over from the UK.
