Can someone please help me find a monitor/tv that will connect to my PC, capable of connecting my Xbox 360 to and also be able to watch tv on.

    And also be HD ready.

I know nothing about specs on this sort of thing so any help is greatly appreciated.

I dunno. I went for the Samsung LE32R51B LCD TV. Nice TV. Ordered it from Komplett and haven't got it yet. Seen it in action, it's beautiful. Samsung do the range in sizes from 23" to 40". Has a VGA connector for the PC, and component connection for the 360, as well as audio, composite and SCART connectors. If you want to see it in action, Microsoft are using the 23" version for it's Xbox 360 retail stands.

I'm going using it for the 360 and DVDs mainly.

EDIT: Oh and it has a HDMI(which has HDCP) connector as well, so it's ready for anything in the near future such as HD Sky, or HD DVD and Blu-ray players.
