    Would anyone know where I could get my hands on a law essay? I need to use it for reference, how they included cases, how it was formatted etc.

    Here's one on Joint Tenancy in Land Law. I think the title page is missing though.

    Im looking for an example of how you would incorporate examples of certain cases into the essay. Like joejoem v. sangre 2006 - blah blah.

    When refering to a case should you just name the case and date or go into detail about the case?

    Completely depends on the type of essay and the level of standard. Being in final year I would rarely do so and just assume they know the exact facts of the case only quoting a judege now and again.

    For yourself point out the important parts of a case but don't go into facts. For example say now with X v B the burden of proof has changed then go into the effect of this.

    Stick to the ratio(ruling) and steer clear from the facts usually imo but usually its best to ask whoever assigned it.
