Help With Creative Zen

    Basically my 20GB Zen has frozen,happened before and i just got a pin and reset it except this time it doesn't seem to be working and i don't wanna force it too hard in case i cause damage to it so am wondering if anyone has any ideas/help?Cheers

    Where did you buy it? Is it still under warranty?

    If it is and you bring it back to the point of purchase, Creative generally replace the unit. You'll want to have your music backed up, of course.

    Bad news there a mate of mine used to work in Creative and he got it on the cheap and he no longer works there :confused: looks like ill have to go to a electronics shop and hope someone can fix it

    Or you could contact Creative directly and arrange to send it back to them. There's still going to be a warranty of some sort involved if it's less than a year old.

    hold down the "play/pause" button while inserting the pin. should rebuild the library (you wont loose data) and away you go :)
