NUIG IV Health and Safety

Don't know about other clubs, but NUIG club members have had to attend training sessions for us to qualify as secretaries, treasurers etc. Part of this was intensive sessions in Health and Safety and risk management, thereby ensuring a low injury rate throughout the university clubs as well as a decrease in fun and substantial increase in boredom. Our clubs are under scrutiny to ensure that we use facilities appropriately. For this reason i want to inform other clubs that footballs etc will not be allowed to be used inside the hall on the day of our IV, even after targets are cleared away. apologies for this, but there is a good size green area just two minutes from the hall thats a free for all!
    Thanks in advance!

    Classic! :D
What's that you got there? A ranged weapon? Come on in! Once you don't have a football on you, you're grand! lol :p

Seriously though, that's completely understandable. Safety does come first. :)

    It is funny though. ;)

Is there a cotton wool shop on campus? I think you should bring it up with the university board if there isn't. lol :p

    See you saturday!
