Good server enclosure suggestions

At the minute I've got a standard whitebox enclosure for my home file/print server. It's an Athlon XP 2400 uniprocessor system, fitted with a 3Ware 9500S-12 RAID card. I currently have four SATA drives installed and use a Silentstorm 720W PSU.

One of the RAID array drives failed, not sure why, although the case is too hot and there is very poor ventilation on the drives despite installing a small fan near them. Ultimately I want a case that I can fit six to twelve drives in as I scale up. The RAID card supports hot swap and rebuild so with that in mind one with removable disk caddies would be great.

Noise is a problem - I really want a case that has larger fans turning slower to try and keep it all as quiet as possible. Has anyone come across a case that can do some/all of the above?

How much do you want to spend?

i'm not averse to spending ~300 on it, all my stuff's in that machine so it's not that much of an issue. it's also the file/print server for our house meaning that i can sponge a bit off the parents too.

On pcs with 3 hds sumtimes ,I leave off case cover at 1 side to help cool em down, depends on location ,its not safe if theres young kids in the house, its worth getting extra large case ,tower unit, and spend extra on quiet fans and quiet components ,get variable speed fans that slow down when pc motherboard temp or cpu temp is at low levels.I find larger tower pc cases, are easier to keep cool,as well as making it easy to upgrade and keep dust free.
