burning a VIDEO_TS folder to dvd??

so i d/l'ed a VIDEO_TS folder with the .vob, .bup, .ifo files on it but don't know how to get it onto a dvd any freeware where i basically just drag and drop the folder and it'll burn it onto a dvd i can play on a player? thanks

download nero and this should sort you out.

Its over 30 megs just so you know in case your on dial up.
