    Hi

Fed ex or UPS would be the best option for such a small package, all depends on the bulkiness of it , but you can be sure that they will nab you for customs clearance, vat and duty if appicable
Try DHL either , but again they will hit you for documentation charges etc

Best advice i could offer you is ask the supplier what options they can provide to ship to Ireland, then contact the agent in Ireland , giving them the exact weight ,size etc and ask them for a written quote of the charges you will face upon arrival of the bike in Ireland .
Try this with a few companies, get the cheapest and then ask the supplier to ship via these

I know a company called GLS IRELAND offer a service ,if you give them the address for pick up etc in the states, they will arrange the whole lot from start to finish

    hope this helps
    cheers
