    Well, it works fine for me, a little slow perhaps. Also, I'm looking at it from inside college. Don't know how it looks from external computers

    Yep, there've been problems with accessibility both from outside college and from the wlan network. Going through the proxy (as for the library) was a solution; it SEEMS to be fixed now tho.
