Extracting video files deleted from a DVD

I have a DVD+RW that I recorded some programmes to but it appears that the TOC was damaged by the recorder when it re-wrote it. It now reads as an empty disc, there are vob files but they are only a few Kbs. The data is still on the disc, if I try to copy it with DVD Decrypter it copies the entire 4.7GB contents to an ISO…
