    was in St Stephens Green one on Sat and they have a few left.

    They go for around the same price on eBay but then you have the postage, so you're only really saving €15 - €20. Ends this Friday.(New catalouge out then).

    The reason they're so cheap is because the ink is so expensive. As far as I know you can't get generic ink for it.

    Still not as cheap as compatible epson ones and I've never had a refilled ink cartridge work properly!

    Fair enough, the point is, generic ink IS available.

    available at 4 times what a better quality epson clone cart will cost. I would not buy a lexmark for €1 (never mind €49) save to use up the ink that comes with it and throw it out.
