Harvard Referencing for online statistical databases

Would anyone happen to know how to reference statistics from online statistical databases according to the Harvard author-date referencing style?

I've been searching around the net for this for a while, and the closest I can find is guidelines for referencing full-text articles from online journal databases.

However, I'm looking for something plainly for statistics, e.g. from the IMF WEO database.

    I'm thinking something like

IMF 2005, World Economic Outlook Database. Retrieved on January 16, 2006 from http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/weo/2005/02/data/dbginim.cfm
