location
You would do the work from home in your own time.

duration
This is not urgent nor a full time job, just something you can do in your spare time. I guess there is a couple of weeks work in this.

spec and price
You would work to a clear and agreed spec. Rate will be a price for the job and will be agreed with you depending on skills and experience. There would be some html output but web and database design will be done by someone else.

skills
You should be a good programmer. I guess perl or java would be best.
