Basically, i'm living at home with the parents and i don't really want to be discussing this with them.

There something wrong with my penis. Mild/moderately strong pains in the shaft and testicles. It started a little while ago, but i thought it was nothing. Now i'd like to see a doctor asap as it was quite bad yesterday and i don't want to wait any longer to see if it'll go away..

Is there anywhere i can go to tomorrow (sunday)? Or even on monday. I doubt i could get an appointment with the college doctor within the next week or so, and i'd really like to find out if this is serious or not. I'm getting quite worried. Preferably free (i'm a student) but i'd happily fork out cash for a quick diagnosis.

I doubt its an STD as i havn't been out playing :p The only other thing that comes to mind is cancer (which i really doubt *crosses fingers*).

Right first and foremost, stop panicking. Im the same as you, i always think the worst possible scenarious.

Would you go to your local doctor ? granted it will cost, but at least you ll get in there quick. Any doctor will try and get you in if you tell them its important. So ring first thing monday morning and it will sort itself out. :)

Good suggestion, also speak to the folks, or someone, keeping that kinda thing to yourself only makes it worse. Plus then you can go to your family GP

If you go to your college medical service, and tell them you're actually in pain RIGHT NOW, they should probably see you fairly quickly.

This is a very unpleasant and uncomfortable situation.

If you cannot see college doctor go to A & E especially if symptoms are worsening.

This could be anything so do not assume worst case scenarios !

You could have an infection in that department but that does not necessarily imply an STD.

I hit a similar problem a few years ago and it was really worrying as I too had been behaving myself ! It turned out to be a passing kidney stone of all things but it really hurt for a while. Standard antibiotics sorted it out with loads of fluids but not beer.

The sooner you get it seen to and diagnosed the sooner you can stop worrying and get it fixed.
