hi,

can anyone tell me if both these are the same type, ie psp compatible ?
thinking of getting the 1gig at this price if it will work considering shops here sell them @ around €140

7dayshop

one says psp compatible (256meg) - Sandisk - Memory Stick Pro Duo For Sony - 256Mb (PSP Compatible) - stg£16.99

other (1gig) does not mention psp - Sandisk - Memory Stick Pro Duo For Sony - 1GB - stg£46.99
(It does mention further down the page that this is a SanDisk Ultra II Memory Stick PRO Duo)

does Ultra II not work on a psp?

256 link

1 gig link

for those interested the 2 gig is stg£139.99 (SanDisk's new Memory Stick PRO)

thanks

Any pro duo memory stick should work on a PSP but don't take my word for it!

Yep, Sandisk'll work. Slightly better performance reading & writing too, I think.

I picked up a 1gig for slightly over 100e a few months ago, and that'll do me until the 4 and 8gb sticks hit the market.
