amazon delivery??

i ordered a set of logitech surround speakers last sunday from amazon.co.uk, and i got priority delivery as well, amazon estimated delivery on 10 or 11 Jan, yet there is still no sign of the package yet, even though it has been dispatched since last monday.
I've been into the local dhl depot this week, and they have no record of it coming in at all..

Normally i wouldn't be too bothered about the delivery time (considering it is a heavy package), but since i paid a good bit extra for fast delivery, i expected to at least have it thurs or friiday . I am just wondering has anyone had problem like this before?, i think i will be emailing amazon, looking for the price of the express delivery back, although i don't know who to email and get a response back from..

any suggestions?

Do you have a tracking number/detail (Aiway bill number) for the DHL delivery?

I have seen Amazon US take 1 week and on another occassion 6 weeks! .. currently waiting 2 weeks for 3 books

no it will not give me a dhl tracking number, which i thought was strange, because every other site that bought stuff from, always gave me a tracking number for stuff delivered by DHL..

Ordered books before Xmas, they were sent in 2 batches on the same day??. I received one lot and having not got the 2nd lot sent them a mail and got the reply below. My money was refunded but they would`nt resend the order, I`d have to reorder.

" After checking with Deutsche Post World Net, they have informed us
that your order is being returned back to our Fulfilment centre"

well i sent the email to them asking where my order is, why should i be paying extra for next day delivery if they can't provide such a service, lets hope i get a satisfactory response (and hopefully a giftcode or two)

although i think it is probaly more of a problem with DHL, cos i bought a digi camera from pixmania last year and had it delivered by DHL.. 3 weeks later i recieved the camera, i atually had to go in to the DHL depot and get it myself, they made fvck up with my order and misplaced it... thinking back now, i am sorry i didn't lash out on pixmania, and see if i could've gotten a few euro knocked off..
