Hey would really appreciate some advice on this thanks!
I started in a gym a while back and got sorted out witha programme which includes 20 mins walking on the threadmill. Now im not superfit or anything but i used to run and i can definitely manage about 15 mins running at a good pace.20 mins walking no matter how fast, just doesnt push me.Am i wasting my time??Or should i stick to the plan I was given, after all theyre the experts not me!!!???

if you find 20 mins walking too easy start jogging for 20minutes.as for them being experts, they start everyone off very easy for insurance reasons etc,you know your own body better than they will so if its too easy up the intensity

Break it up into 3mins walk, 2 mins jog and change the ratios over the sessions until you can jog comfortably for 20mins
