I recently applied for a graduate job in BT. I got an email today saying that I was selected to do an online psychometric test. Has anyone done these before? I was wondering what level of difficulty they are.
Also has anyone worked for BT in their Technology or Engineering Department? if so what are they like to work for?

Anyone got any thoughts in this, as I have the test today or in the next couple of days.

Same situation here. I doubt there's a wrong answer or a right answer to these types of questions seeing as they're psychometric. Still, it'd probably help if you told them what they want to hear. ;)

I'd suggest you practice free online psychometric tests! They will give you good practice in the run up for doing the real test online. Its practice and timing are important. Its no different to exam techniques except psychometric tests are based on accuracy and speed that's how you will be measured similar to an aptitude test. No right or wrong answers though, you go with the one that suits you best.

I used to work for BT. What's the kind of role you're applying for? There's no such thing as technological or engineering departments BTW...

Oops! My bad - Didn't notice the date...

Mind you, I did think it was a tad odd as BT only operate in Ireland for Major Business now, and certainly aren't taking on!
