Sky Digi Online listing the new EPG placements for all stations. I notice that ITV1 is listed up at 993 ITV1 (AD) - (Not sure what AD means?) - but it may be possible that that will be receivable in ROI EPG as regular EPG placement is where TV3 will be on an Irish Sub, but 993 should be available. Here’s hoping!

It would be great to also see C4 programme listings on 117 in the EPG, even if we cant see the station, that way at least you can add programmes to the reminder and then switch to FTV if you have a card.

Sky Digi online also stating new V4 software rolls out starting next week.

ITV1 (AD) is for Audio Descprtion for blind people. it is already on the UK EPG afaik

Channel 4 will be on 117 in Wales as S4C will be on 104. i dont think we will see any new channels joining the EPG

I realise it isn't available here (under normal use) and so not really important, but I'm just curious as to why C4 is on both 104 and 117? I see that BBC1 and 2 and RTÉ1 and 2 and TG4 are also duplicated.

I can understand BBC being duplicated, to make it available here where their normal slots are taken by RTÉ. But RTÉ And TG4 aren't in the UK and C4 isn't here, so why the duplication for those?

[EDIT]I see Mossy answered some of that before I even clicked submit

the reason you see channels duplicated is because, in the case of RTÉ and TG4, it is showing the EPG placements of those 3 channels in the RoI and NI

one thing i do notice is that the RTÉ radio stations are still not grouped together  if we arent going to get the BBC radio stations on the EPG, can we not have the RTÉ ones in their place instead

Outside Wales, Channel 4 is on 104 & S4C~ is on 151. As S4C~ has preference in Wales, S4C~ is on 104 & Channel 4 would take 151. That is too high for C4's liking so BBC has given them 117 as it is unused in its block of 3 EPGs. Channel 4 broadcasts 6 streams (all the same programmes) on DSAT for regional advertising. Audio description (AD) is only broadcasted on Channel 4's London region. So that viewers outside the M25 can received AD, Channel 4 London is also available on 994 :

104 Channel 4 (England, Scotland, Nth Ireland) S4C~ (Wales) Channel 4 AD (London region)
117 Channel 4 (Wales) unused (England, Scotland, Nth Ireland)
151 S4C~ (England, Scotland, Nth Ireland) unused (Wales)
    175 RTE1 (Nth Ireland)
    176 RTE2 (Nth Ireland)
    177 TG4 (Nth Ireland)
994 Channel 4 AD (outside London region)

ps : I agree with Mossy that since all radio stations are getting new numbers, this is a missed opportunity to reorganise the stations to some logical order.
