Does anyone know of any decent MMA stuff broadcast on TV? Friend of mine was watching UFC on Bravo, and thought it was muck and is looking for something a little more interesting (so to speak)

The UFC is above decent MMA. It's the pinnacle of the sport in the US. If he's looking for something more interesting, as Tim suggested, watch some Jackie Chan movies or perhaps pro-wrestling.

I'm assuming he was watching TUF two. It was the Heavyweight fight between Rashad Evans and Mike Whitehead and sure, Whitehead just did not live up to what we hoped he would be in the ring.

However, he is still trianing with Militech so maybe we will see him again soon.

Tell him to watch TUF2 tongiht at 10pm on Bravo for a Welterweight fight between Sammy Morgan and Luke Cumo ( i think thats the fight that will be on tonight. It's a great fight and he should enjoy it )

Isnt he signed for the next ultimate fight night?

I hadn;t heard that. If he is i hope he comes out strong. That fight against Evans must have been rough for him, though i still don't know why he kept trying to go for the take down when he knew he had the better stand up.

I know that both Hughes and Pat Militech has spoken well of him since, so maybe he just choked from what Dana said about millions seeing it and to do well. I think the moment brought him down.

Can;t wait to see him fight again.

Whitehead is fighting in the UFC.. I can't remember on what card, he's not on the official UFN card however but I do remember he has a contract to fight again.
