I've recognised probably my main weakness in Poker. I feel my post flop play is appauling. Pre-Flop play is alright but I think I'm losing most of my chips post flop, where I could be picking up chips. Does anyone have any links or tips improving my game in this regard?

To improve your postflop play i'd suggest thinking of the situations where you feel you are weak and then consider how you can counteract any moves by opponents to change that. You may also have to make a shoft in your style of play if there is no way to counteract it. Play a little at a slightly lower level or at your normal level if you are comfortably bankrolled and see how your ideas for improving on your weaknesses work out. I find improving ones postflop play means improving your reading of what cards your opponent holds and then acting accordingly.

Yeah I think reading my opponents possible holdings is lacking and so I lay down hands which I shouldn't.
