So did you make any? Half the office here is off the fags & boze for the month of January (makes em hard to cope with!!). One o fthe lads is off booze and women. I dont beieve in banning things - im just trying to cut down. Today I had half a buscuit instead of my usual half a packet ;-)

I didn't really except trying to make it to the gymn more. My friends are going off the fags though. Failed already unfortunately like every other year. Resolutions are the mst pointless things in the world if u ask me.

I havent lost my temper yet. Im off booze and smokes and a few other things ive changed.

Made resolution to quit cigs...so far have not smoked any.. smoking a lot more reifer though! Progress?

I dont make resolutions because I know i'm not going to skip by them. I might say "Right i'll try and cut back on something" or do something more, but mostly I dont have one

Mine was to be nicer to people because im a basta*d. And faiths post is just after reminding me that i only go to half my lectures and now i feel terrible!!!Thats another resolution added to the list.

Resolutions for me are to get fit, put on some weight, and eat more healthily, though now I'm going to have to go to all my lectures as well .
