Sky personal planner

Over the past couple of months my sky personal planner has been erasing itself. It is left plugged in 24/7 but every few days when I go into it the reminders have been wiped and I have to start all over again putting in my series links etc. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? txs :o

Has anybody ben messing with the batteries in the remote? Whenever the batteries in mine die/are taken out, I lose my personal planner settings, maybe that's your problem?

nope Bah! There's only two of us in the house and I use the tv most often. The remote is going a bomb. I noticed last night that some programmes like Coronation street reminders disappear and others don't.

Is there a time limit on how long reminders are kept?

that happens with me aswell....they just randomly disappear....think i saw a post about it before on the Satellite board...don't overly use it so i never tried to get to the bottom of it.
