VC Poker 50% reload bonus

Anyone else get this email?a reload bonus of 50% up to $600. Firstly does this mean the max i can deposit is $600 and get $300 free. Also does anyone know the action point requirement?it dosent state it in the email and i cant find it on their site. I know that there new player bonus is awarded at 125 points per $1

Generally this means max bonus is $600, so you have to deposit $1,200 to get the max bonus....

As to requirements to meet the bonus, I don't play on VC, but if you look at their T&C's on the site it should give you the details of their standard bonus requirements. Normally done on a bonus $ basis.

EDIT: Regards the legit point, just send an e-mail to their support, they'll let you know...

I noticed a VC email in my account, I deleted it fairly quickly so I'm not sure if it was regarding reload bonuses or not. Email support would be the best way to find out if it's legit and what the details are.

I got the same mail as you. Have emailed them asking the Action Point requirement, date the bonus must be met by etc.

50% upto $600 = does not equal $1,200 unfortunately.

50% upto $600 = $300 BONUS

...I wonder what the requirements are.

Reloaded for e60 yesterday with the bonus code. I have to work my down from 1440 action points to receive it. Not too bad.

Exactly where have you got this information from??

On any site I've ever deposited money into, the bonus is specified as the maximum available bonus, not the maximum available deposit.

In this case the maximum bonus is $600. So if you deposit $1,200 you get $600, and equally if you deposit $2,500 you still only get $600 (hence the maximum :rolleyes: ).

What's the quickest way of accumulating action points? Cash games?

Can't seem to find anything useful on their site about how points are allocated, other than this less than informative info.:

How are action points awarded?
* The larger the pot, the more points on offer.
* The available points will be distributed to all players who participated in the pot on a pro-rata basis.
* The more you bet, the greater your share of the points.
* There's a maximum of 300 points available on any hand.

I dont know about cash games, but for STT/MTT you get 100 APoints for every $1 in fee. a $10 STT will get you 100 APoints.
So $100 Bonus = 12500 AP = 125 $10 MTTs/STTs

Cash games are much quicker for accumulating points than SNG's. The points you earn are based on pot size, and its possible to earn in one pot what you would in 45 minutes of STT.

I have over 50000 action points on VC, no money there at the moment, If i add 300 with i get the bonus right away ? or will i have to play and get more points? if i add 300 and get the bonus can i cash out the 300 + the bonus ?

I'm certain you'll have to earn the additional 37,500 APs to get the $300 bonus money.

I have about 70 - 80k APs sitting there doing nothing in mine, if that was the case ...I would deposit and get my free $300

Took me 3 days of Omaha play on .50/1 and 1/2, only a few hours a day, to clear PPP's 5000 point mark for their $101 dollar bonus last month, so I would say a few hours here and there over a week should do the trick to clear the 12500 AP mark, assuming the AP on VC is calulated the same way as on PPP. In Omaha, since there are situations where pots you are in are chopped at least two or three times an hour where both players have the nuts on the river with a raise reraise all in leading to a $400/$500 pot thats getting split, you are still picking up quite a few APs for this potsize, i would assume. Will start tonight and see, in hours, how long it takes.
