    For reasons I won't get into, Im downloading the 1.12 patch again.

    But as I click the EA GAMES link, it popped up a message delcaring that the patch is provided "as is", in that its not supported by any warranty etc.

    Wtf? EA are supplying people who own BF2 with unsupported material? What the hell do they think they're supplying here, freeware?

    Thats that feckin software disclaimer, youd be surprised how many things thats on. Its basicly freeing the company from any **** that mite go wrong with upgrades, also the ESRB warning thing is a load of **** too, introduced becasue of some parent complaining about her child being called a "n00b" on CS or something. EA are satan incarnate :D
