I think it's the fact that this service is open to the public that is where the issue is at really. It's one thing for the government (or whatever) getting access to your call list, but can you imagine your neighbour being able to always check your mobile call list? That's just creepy.

I didn't know it had got that bad, that's an absolute disgrace.
Would that not constitute an invasion of privacy if you bought someone elses phone bill?
