I don't think so, I was looking for one for my fella, but couldn't find one. Luckily his mates in Canberra got him one so I was off the hook.

Your best bet would probably be to buy direct from ACT Brumbies site.

The ACT team is just made up of a bunch of mercenaries anyway....you should try and get hold of the true powerhouse of australian rugby...

the Darwin Mosquitos (the Northern Territory's team)

The Mosquitoes jersey is nice enough, but it's very similar to my North Sydney Bears one.

Want to vary the wardrobe a little y'know?

Well it didn't use to be.... The mosquitos jersey is this awful ochre colour (to match the red outback) while the North Sydney bears is mainly red and white with a bit of black.

I have a North Sydney RU jersey (black and red stripes)...nice top

Unless they've changed radically in the 4 years since i worked in the factory that made them (This is actually very possible:) )

The Bears jersey I have is the 1980s replica one so there's no white except on the sponsor. Pretty much like this one.

Maybe it wasn't a Mosquitoes top in the picture I found. Google wasn't particularly helpful.

That bears one is pretty much the same as the one i saw....Pity they were amalgamated with Manly and didn't exist when i went to sydney

When i lived in sydney, my apt was about a 2min walk to the North Sydney oval so we used to catch as much sport as we could every weekend. Would have been brilliant if we could have got rugby league too

    Ah aounds deadly.

Daire said there's still a North Sydney Bears team, but they're just not in any of the major competitions at the moment. He was in Neutral Bay so their club/grounds were near enough to him.

Yep that's where I lived. North sydney oval is just the otherside of the freeway.

    Haha!

I think he's heading back in April, or so, he still has a return ticket, so was thinkin' of going for a wee holiday (Backstard!) If I save like a Scotsman before then I might be able to post myself over.

I think you might like to take that comment back ruggiebear:mad:

In regards to the Brumbies jumper, I am in Canberra (they are 'our' team) and could look into getting one cheaper here (may be cheaper to do it that way including postage etc...)

Let me know if you would like me to check it out.
