    Read the reviews of it folks....i bought one about 6 mths ago in the states...died after a week....was able to save the drive but the enclosure was toast. upon research its a common problem.

    ah man.. I just bought a 500GB external from ebay.. lacie..
    didn't realise they were unreliable :(
