Good wireless system?

Hello. I want to get myself a nice shiney wireless system for my bass (musicman stingray), but i'm completely lost when it comes to them.:o I need some advice on what to look out for in the systems, ie what makes one better than the other. Some recommendations would be cool too. Thanks in advance. :)

Maybe check out a few threads here before splashing out.

Apparently some of the cheaper wireless systems operate on fixed frequencies rather than giving an option of 3 or 4 frequencies. So if another bandmate has a similar wireless set up, it may casue problems.

Other than that, make sure you dont gig or rehearse close to any taxi companies

AKG or Shure are fine systems, depends on what you pay obviously.

dB technologies do them as well but I don't know much about their wireless stuff.

Thanks for the quick replies.

I've been looking at AKG, Niefer and sennheiser on musicstore.

I'm prepared to spend between 300 and 400.
