I went overboard in the veggie section today and bought a marrow? It kind of looks like a swollen cucumber, much fatter but simialar lenth. I have no idea what to do with it. i googled it, but it all looks so complicated. Im more of a boil and eat kind of guy when it comes to vegetables. Anyone any experience with this, is there any health benifits?

    Lol,
Im not sure, but I think marrow's and squashs are along the same line. Could be good for soup, in fact if in doubt liquidise! :)

they are delicious! steam them though as if they become overcooked, turn to mush.

serve as a veg or instead of potatoes.
