Les paul custom on ebay

Would I be nuts to bid on this? I know people are wary of buying on ebay but the seller here has an excellent feedback history. Whats the worst that could happen?

That's a good price if you got it for $2200, but I can see that going up in price easily. If you have the money, then by all means, bid on it. You might get lucky.

for the sake of 99 dollars would you not just buy it outright, means you've secured it and no one can outbid you?

Chris is selling this one now for $2600 and it doesnt even look as if its in as good condition as the ebay one

I think Chris's might have been cosmetically aged.

Would be the same for both guitars. Both coming from america. Even so, compared to retail price that one on ebay would have been a nice buy at a good price even with the extra import charges
