My lock was pulled off the frame of my bike by some coke-addled numbskull on New Year's Eve, causing the bracket to break. (The guy then proceeded to threaten two Polish guys with the lock. Naturally, I waited until the party died down before reclaiming it.)

Any help is much appreciated, by the way.
