Having to go gym at Different Time

As and from 2moro i am gonna be unemployed as im relocating to Scotland and then have 3 weeks to play with till i go.

Normally if not working i would go the gym at 11am or 12pm having only had a breakfast and then afterwards i can have a lunch and dinner. But my Mum has just joined my gym and wants me to go with her at 3pm after she finishes work.

I normally get up at 9am and eat porridge and that does me until about 2pm when i get home from the gym. I will obvioulsy have to have a breakfast and a lunch before i go which means i can only have a dinner at 5 or 6pm when i get home. I think i would be ravenous and have to go to bed at 9 if i was to only have a dinner. Also im not sure if i can work out on a breakfast and lunch as i can only do gr8 workouts on a reletively empty stomach.

Has anyone any recomendations on wot i should eat before the gyma dn how much etc. Cheers

Just dont eat too much, but eat something with carbs. I love to eat wraps before the gym (a good hour though mind you) you can get wraps that have complex carbs, then cook chicken fillets with a few veggies like tomatoes and onions etc

Either that or try a brown pasta dish.

I think i will have a carb breakfast like normal and have a salad with a protein and lots of veg and chick pea's etc. for lunch. Then have a big dinner and a light snack later on if im hungry.
