As it appears to me, slipss got banned for asking a question.

Last i looked, thats rather fascist behaviour. Surely it would have been fitting to ban anyone who might have replied, and at LEAST given the poor chap a warning before he went embarrasing himself with fairy tales, and eventually losing his right to post here.

I'm sick of the trigger happy attitude to banning by the moderators on Boards.ie. What should be a great institution is being rotted by these few rouge self confidence deficient, demi-adults.

I'm sure im not the only member of Boards.ie who feels this way. Am i?

In all fairness slipss got warned here and then proceeded to post in essence the same thread again. If he only got a temporary ban he should consider himself lucky imo.

Also, try reading more before assuming why he was banned. And this is a fascist site

I'd suggest taking the talk of oppression to feedback. Or reading both threads started, observing several warnings ignored and thinking about whether to bother posting in feedback at all.

Last time I checked this was the music forum, not the "help help I'm being oppressed by damn dirty fascist apes" forum.

I'm gonna leave it in because I still think It's a lot better to pay for the music, even if it is used to buy guns for Russians.

The way I see it, the Record and publishing companies are only now getting real results in lawsuits against filesharers and the like; by the time they get around to these 'loophole' sites, I'll be long gone. I'm just waiting till I have enough mp3s to retire, then I'm driving outta here forever, off to Mexico.

ya. ehh. hang on. If you like the artist, you should go out and get the record. Its not a very expensive afair these days anyway: cdwow.ie & play.com beat shop prices.

other than that there are legal download sites. and they are the best ones to stick to. otherwise try www.panadora.com and you can listen to good music any time you like.
