I'd ring them to find out. Some of the Dell's with integrated graphics do not have a AGP/PCI-EX slot on the motherboard.

No, modern video cards use a PCI-E x16 slot or an AGP slot.

    Video Card - IEEE 1394 PCI Adapter card [add € 36.30 or € 2/month1]

Would this be the option I missed?

No. Thats for a firewire port (something like a USB). Look for something that says "AGP" on it.

Sounds like bad wording on their part, as IEEE 1394 aka Firewire is often used to transfer data from cam corders.

So ive no chance of installing a graphics card later? I wont be gaming on it, just a bit of photoshop, plus i got 1024MB memory if that helps. Will it make that much of a difference if I havent got one?

I think you'd better give them a call. You probably want to be getting a Dimension 5150 - the base model comes with a 128MB ATI Radeon X300 SE as standard and you can upgrade it to the 256MB version for about €35.

Checked out the 5150, id only get a 15" flat panel with that and it would cost me 130 odd euro more just to get a graphics card, will it make that much of a difference if im only going ot be doin the odd bit off photoshop and watching a dvd or two
