hi guys and a happy new year to ye all
i bought a pair of nike air shox back in mid october
they arrived in an unclean state
i complained to the seller and got 10 pounds sterling compensation
1.5 months on and the shoes are slowly ripping in different areas
the seller offered me 10 pounsd sterling compensation as he is considering the iunital 10 pounds as a foprm of compensation for the rippiung
i demanded my money back in about 5 emails declining his offer of an additional 10 pounds sterling.
however, he is no longer replying to my email
therefore i am now in a situation where i have received zero compensation for the build quality of the shoes
    wat should i do lads?
i paid 65 pounds sterling for the shoess
    thanks lads

Very little you can do, really. This is the perilous side of eBay shopping!

were they described as new in the beginning?
I dont think there is much you can do now. I would try and get the extra £10 at least...

By accepting the £10 compensation, you effectively agreed to accept runners that were not 'new'. I presume, you have worn them a bit since buying them therefore there is nothing much you can do. If you wanted consumer protection, you will need to buy in a shop.
