Anyone know when classes are starting up again in SBG in Harolds Cross? I had an idea it was today, but I'm not entirely certain.

Excuse my ignorance... ye can put it down to me being a bogger!!!

Anyway, what MA is taught in Straight Blast apart from BJJ, and grappling arts and that?? Do ye have other classes in karate or TKD etc???

My sis is living in the area, just thought if I got a chance to visit her I could pop in for a look!!

BJJ, submission wrestling, freestyle wrestling, MMA style training (Stand-up, Clinch and Ground)

A few clips of SBGi head coach Matt Thornton speaking is now online on Google Video, it'll give you a better idea of our training philosophy

    :D

...and you (and anyone else) are welcome to train anytime!!

Was just curious!!! Thanks for that John....I'm not really into this whole grappling and ground work MA to be honest with ye, but thanks for the offer.

Like I say if I'm ever in the area I'll pop in for a look.
