    Hi i wandering if there is any goiod material in books or on the net about the odds...

    i do allright in tourneys (won the fitz one b4) and am up money in poker than down and i wanted to try play online but i want to have much better knowledge of the odds b4 i do..

    any advice?

    cool thanks ill check it out... just bought helmuth's book today( with pokere winnings of course :D ) but i doubt theres much on odds in it so ill check these out...

    Easiest way to calculate the odds is to mutiply your number of outs by 2 to get the percantage chance of hitting on the next card or by 4 to get the % of hitting on the next two cards. This isn't the exact % but it's very close.

    Ie. flopped flush draw = 9 outs - 18% of catching on the turn, 36% of catching by the river.
