Making Karaoke CDs

Not sure if this is the right forum but Karaoke is a form of Home Entertainment. A friend asked me to convert 3 Karaoke CDs into one using MP3 instead of WAV. I notice that each Karaoke tarck is made up of 2 files - a WAV and a CDG. I can convert the WAV to MP3 but how do I join them back up again.
