Low. Going to the funeral of a very old friend who died suddenly at 24. Been stuck in stansted for all of my birthday. Crappy!

Yeah, 3 times. Once mid-January, that kept me out till Easter, I trained for 2 weeks around easter and I did it again. That kept me out for another good while, and then again around mid-September. Recovering from that and I've had 2 chest infections since, and I nearly broke my ankle during the summer, was quite an injured year

    You should have said:
Low: Seeing Bush beat Kerry. And then Tyrone doing the same.

2005 was another mediocre year, nothing exceptional happened either way. And it went by so fast.

My sporting low this year was spraining my ankle playing soccer and was out for a while with it. It still hurts when it is cold!

Repeated impact caused stress fractures, kept running, very painful, then the weakened bone fractured properly. I came back too soon, and it was still too weak the second time, the third was probably a combination of the 2.

On topic, another high was my brother being home for Christmas, also my granny dying, she had been very sick for a good while so she stopped suffering when she died and I'm glad of that
