I am interested to know if anyone has purchased the "Lateral Thigh Trainer"?
I have seen the ad's on the TV and it "looks" like it works?
I am however a little sceptical. Have a look https://www.asseenontvnetwork.com/vcc/tvnetworkltd/brendadygrafslateralthightrainer/140829/
I have a gym membership for years but dont have the time to get up there in the evenings after work.
I could cycle into work (north finglas - grafton street) however when i did this last year my bike was nearly stolen- the lock was half cut.
Can any one recommend any good bike locks?
    Thanks

Buy an ABUS lock they are expensive but they are worth every penny you would need a bomb to open them

Stay skeptical on the machine looks pants, does your gym open early if so why not go before work best way to start the day

all equipment on tv late at night isnt worth buying ,its crap and exagerates any benefits, cycle to work or go to gym before work or at weekends.

There are two major problems with the lateral thigh trainer.

The first is the quality of the machine, the chain and casing breaks after a few weeks in most cases.

The second is that if the machine doesn't break your kness will! The motion doesn't track properly and as a result the knee is taken out of proper alignment. It commonly afetcs the iliotibal band, a tissue runnin form you hip to your knee. It casuse over tension which results in the kne gradually been taken out of alignement. Not nice.

You can find more detailed customer complaints here.

I get asked for these every day. You'd get better benefit climbing your stair case 10 times.
