Rio Carbon 6gb mp3 player?

I see this Rio Carbon 6gb advertised for €139.99 in PC World and €150 in dixons and am wondering if its any good? All the reviews on da net reflect favourably on it easy to use slim slick design and a good 20hr battery life.

Dose anyone have one or have experience of one? I've been wanting an mp3 player for a while now mainly the 20gb Creative but funds are low and the rio is cheap. I think i could manage with the 6gb for now only downfall is theres no radio on it and not to farmilar with the name or build quality.

Any Suggestions???

Got my sister one, its a good machine. I own a Rio Karma myself, which is solid enough. I've never had much problem with the software (i can only remember having problems once, but it was a glitch with windows iirc). I'd recommend one.

Thanks, yea it seems like a pretty sweet deal, a girl i work with got one & seems pretty happy with it but I might just hold on and get a 20gb creative or ipod

Or get a 20gig rio karma

I got one of them myself. They're great little machines. About 2/3's to 1/2 the height of an ipod, but twice as thick. Just don't drop them on the scroll wheel. IF you do that, it'll break the scroll wheel unless you're really lucky. But thankfully it doesn't stop you from using 99% of the features. The only thing you can't do with a scroll wheel is queue up several albums in a row. I wish i didn't break my scroll wheel

What price range are they in? I think i might go for the Creative sleek 20gb even if it is €300. The FM radio sells it to me, i do like my radio!

Where did you get your rio karma? After a bit of reasearch they seem pretty sweet! How much did it set you back?
