Sky+ stuck

    Hi

    I am getting the following msg on my sky+ box (Pace v3)
    whenever I try and choose sky planner fromn the epg

    <<Please wait

    select backup>>

    (It stays on that for ages...)



    I know i was very low on free space this morning and had about 4 x 2% recordings lined up

    Any ideas how I can get into the sky+ menu to free some space or do I need a reset? And will that mean I lose my recordings?

    try disconnecting from the mains for a few mins.
