copper tape

    i ordered new pickups from thomann and i want them to sound their best so i want them nicely insulated, can copper tape be easily/cheaply be bought in dublin? its not on thomann as far as i can see...

    Failing that, you should be able to get a roll of it in Radionics, but I think its expensive.

    i have a small bit left over - might be enough to shield some pickups but def not enought for the cavity, ill post up the exact measurements if your are interested ?

    On a side note, over christmas I shielded the cavity and pickguard of my strat and it didnt seem to make that much of a difference compared to the work involved.
