Recently got the z5 and purchased the usb data cable from ebay. problem is that when i installed the software that came with it (my pictures and sounds) or something like that , it finds the phone but after about 3 or 4 seconds it goes into scan mode and finds the phone again, this happens all the time until the cable is unplugged making it impossible to transfer files. anyone know of any other software / data suite that would be compatable with the sagem that i could download before i go to the hassle of returning the cable, the guy said he would send me a replacement. my os is windows 2000 prof.
