Don't think it works on LCS, even though it was announced that it would, iirc.

There are only a couple of games that you can use the game sharing feature with. I cannot find the list at the moment, but its very short and does not include GTA.

For a couple of games you are able to pop out the UMD and then run it in the other PSP to then do multiplayer, but again not for GTA.
