Well I just tired to empty my recycle bin as i noticed there was something in it by the icon on the desktop, and when i tried to empty it asked are you sure u want to delete windows, and then a window popped up after i clicked ok stating "cannot delete Dc26: acccess is denied make sure that the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is currently not in use" i tried to restore the file but there is nothing in the recycling bin when i open it, and i never put windows into the recycling bin,
    any help?

That's what they all say :|

    Turn computer off.
    Turn computer on.
Keep on tapping F8 - until a menu appears.
    Choose safe mode.
    Loggedyinny...
    Empty recycle bin.
    Turn off computer.
    Turn on computer.

well,if you're concerned... open up c: and check whether there's still a windows folder..
it's probably a temp folder called windows which was deleted..

*pats Karoma on the head* there there, its ok. I'm here to correct your mistakes :p

@shortys94: Yeah, empty it in safe mode, you should be fine. But first (when in safe mode) check to see what folders are in there. It's probably junk... but if the folder is called "windows" or "system32" or something similar, it may be important... but the odds are 100:1 that its fine to just empty the folder.

    n.
