lol -- i in work again today and this thread is about the connection between people on a level which is not tangible in its essence but occasionally an event lets you know that there is a definite closeness between people which would otherwise be myred in doubt. Sarky-s i might sneakthief into your shed on the outskirts of the banlieue and hook that button up to the main power grid. We'd have a connection then alright.

nay stark - i checked in work here and did a straw poll

Out of 3 of the lads here -

1 -> never happened wondered what the fk i was on about
2 -> has happened to twice
3 -> Never on texts but phone call once.
me -> i rand the person and they were saying the same thing. Checked times. So not a server backlog - i did think of that thou

i think this mode of thought stems from watching the woeful exorcism of emily rose film...i thought it was done in the paint by numbers format but it has a lingering aftertaste the last few days...

I think most people have received a couple of texts on their own phone in a row but I think the OP is talking about himself and another person in the same room receiving a message to each of their phones at the exact same time - and I've never seen that happen so I suppose it would be a bit special (if thats what you meant?)

Actually it would be only mildly special :P Depends on how closely synched the beeps were I suppose
