Interesting ........I didn't know that KE30's were sold in the UK.

It could be a very cheap "classic" for somebody here as I doubt there would be much interest from UK buyers - bar a 'drifter' gets his/her hands on it *shudder*

This is the car on ebay ........

I really doubt any drifter will buy this car. It'd cost at least 2.5 to 3 grand to make it good enough for drifting suspension, new engine, better transmission etc etc. A that sort of money someone wanting to go drifting has 2 far better choices, A: buy a 2 litre sierra and spend a little on tuning it up or buy a modern rwd jap car like i 200sx after saving up a bit more cash. Anyway, it is actually a nice little car.
Here's the main thing to worry about that's happenong motorsport wise to old/classic/retro cars: Banger racing! While in england recently watched as a pretty solid 70s 3litre granada was driven to death, bashed off other cars deliberately and finally set fire to by these morons. Before the race, my friend and i had offered to buy one or two of the cars. He go's to the meets to try rescue classics. Most of the guys there were like " no i dont want 200 quid, i'd rather smash it to bits for a laugh."

Back here at home, i was greatly saddened to see a Capri 2.8i, a rover 2500 and a cortina mkIV being trailered off to a banger meet. I'd have gladly bought that capri off him for about 500 because it obviously was running and the body was good enough other than the rear arches, bonnet and driver's door which were rotten.
